Olivia Dunne delivered plenty of her signature flexibility in an amusing TikTok last week, but she did suffer a slight malfunction. Thrilling her 8 million followers with a reminder of her jaw-dropping skillset, the 21-year-old LSU gymnast wowed with a series of performance stretches in her trademark leotard, accompanying her slides with captions that joked about the photos not being quite perfect.
While one photo was “too blurry,” another was a “hair in my face” situation, although Olivia’s fans didn’t seem to mind at all. In fact, they left her over 1.3 million likes. Alongside her 8 million TikTok followers, Olivia is also followed by over 5 million on Instagram, making her the most-followed NCAA athlete on social media.
Olivia Dunne Goes Full Gymnast On TikTok
Pouting for a quick selfie as she rested her elbows against a table, Olivia opened her slides all cute and innocent as she wrote “Let’s take some gymnast pics.”
Fans definitely saw the gymnast in Olivia as she dropped a sensational stretch in the second slide. Planting her hands on a mat and yanking one leg high up and bent forward toward her head, the New Jersey native highlighted her incredible muscles and flexibility, but the humor was still there as she wrote: “Hair in my face.”
Despite the glam malfunction, Olivia nailed her pose, with a further one showing her smiling and balancing from a beam. Here, the Vuori Clothing partner joked: “Too blurry.” Fans even got a wowing side split as Olivia modeled her purple leotard and showed off the ultimate gymnast move. No caption was offered, although it looks like Olivia didn’t need one. Click here for the video, just scroll for more photos.
Party Minidress As Celebrity Status Rises
Olivia has two jobs. She remains a gymnast, but as a rising celebrity, she’s attending more events and landing more endorsement deals.
Dunne was part of the star-studded crowd attending billionaire Michael Rubin’s Fourth of July “White Party” in The Hamptons. The event was also attended by A-listers Kim Kardashian, Tom Brady, and Drake. She’s also fresh from her 2024 ESPYS appearance.
“The past few years, juggling NIL or ever since my sophomore year, since the summer of 2021, I’ve definitely had a hard time finding balance,” Olivia told NY Post of her rapid rise to fame.
“That’s really important because if you don’t have balance, that can affect your mental health,” she continued, adding:
“I finally feel like I got a grasp on it this year. It’s just compartmentalizing things mentally is very important in my everyday routine.”
Olivia is also a talking point for her relationship with baseball player Paul Skenes.
