Red Plasma Rounds for Gatling Cannons typically get shoved to your face as some kind of magic bullet for the Prime War in Once Human, except the game fails to tell you where to actually get Red Plasma. Worry not because our guide is here to help you get Red Plasma Rounds in Once Human. We also have an alternative in case you’re not lucky enough since it involves RNG…

Sadly, this is one of the only consistent way to get a Red Plasma Round in Once Human. You need to reach Level 40 for a chance to unlock the Red Plasma Rounds Specialization in the Memetics Specialization tab. This Specialization falls under Artillery Marshall.

There’s a chance you might not obtain it in your options, of course, but it might re-appear again at Levels 45 and 50.

If you still don’t get it, there’s always Vending Machine or player trading in Once Human. Other players can sell the Red Plasma Rounds Memory Fragment though I imagine it will be expensive given its importance. You can also farm those Memory Fragments yourself simply by using up Controllers but the drop chance is rather stingy.

Red Plasma Rounds Crafting Requirement

Once you manage to get your hands on the Red Plasma Rounds Specialization, your ordeal isn’t over. What it says in the description is true: it is expensive. To craft Red Plasma Rounds you need the following:

  • Advanced Synthesis Bench
  • 30x Tungsten Ingot
  • 125x Stardust Source
  • 4x Barreled Premium Fuel

On top of that, it apparently only lasts 24 hours (real-life hours), so you will want to use it right away. The upside is that it deals extremely high damage to Prime War boss armor and isn’t affected by range.

It’s an expensive tool but it will get the job done in Prime Wars and can easily strip down a boss’s armor with little effort as long as you have Gatling Cannons. You might want to look elsewhere for an alternative.

Thankfully, there are weaker, cheaper, and more longer-lasting alternatives to the Red Plasma Rounds. They’re called Biomass Missiles and you also need an Advanced Synthesis Bench to craft them.

Biomass Missiles need the following materials:

  • 15x Steel Ingot
  • 20x Stardust Source
  • 1x Barreled Premium Fuel

It’s more manageable than the Red Plasma Rounds and it also won’t decay in 24 hours. It’s worth noting that both Gatling Cannon ammunition are heavy and would need a car with a storage for easier transportation.
