Virtual Reality is a hot commodity, with everyone from hardcore gamers to grandmothers who have never touched a video game before wanting to play. Unfortunately, the VR units have been difficult to attain in the current market, as the production seemingly canโ€™t keep up with demand. Londonโ€™s DNA VR hopes to solve that problem by making VR available to everyone, as they are set to open the first ever full-scale Virtual Reality Arcade.

This summer Londoners – and anyone willing to fly across to pond to see it – will be able to test out more than 25 titles, suitable for gamers and nongamers alike. ย DNA VRโ€™s Virtual Reality Arcade will feature classics like Fruit Ninja and Serious Sam, as well as introducing new titles like Raw Data, Tilt Brush and Arizona Sunshine, all set in Virtual Reality.

But that is not all, as DNA VR has teamed up with talented game developers to provide an exclusive VR experience for groups of 2-6 players. Family and friends will be able to walk around and solve mysteries together in this encounter, one that can only be experienced at the upcoming Virtual Reality store.

For most gamers, arcades played a pivotal part of their childhood, fostering their love for gaming one-quarter of a time. While the slow death of arcades has certainly been sad to watch over the years, within home consoles making the go out and pay option more obsolete, itโ€™s been inevitable.

But it is very exciting to see the release of DNA VRโ€™s new arcade, as not only does it provide gamers who might not be able to afford or find a Virtual Reality unit the ability to play it, the store also breathes life back into an important type of gaming experience that has all but disappeared.

Currently, DNA VRโ€™s first ever Virtual Reality Arcade is scheduled to open early in June, so be sure to check their Facebook for specific dates and pricing. For more information stay tuned to the site for updates as well on DNA VR and all of your other Nerdy News and Needs!
