Kai Cenat slams NInja with a befitting response after the renowned Fortnite streamer accused him of intentionally prolonging his Minecraft marathon. The Twitch star and YouTuber IShowspeed teamed up this month to take on Minecraft and beat the game in one swoop without dying, streaming the entire process concurrently on their respective channels. The formidable duo eventually beat the game after a marathon run of 105 hours and 44 minutes.
Despite having the entire process witnessed by hundreds of thousands of game enthusiasts across both platforms, some believe the gameplay to be staged. Renowned online streamer and professional gamer Ninja, whose real name is Richard Tyler Blevins did not hide his suspicions, hopping on social media to slam Kai Cenat and IShowSpeed’s marathon as “pure entertainment.” The Fortnite streamer insinuated the duo “didn’t actually want to win,” but kept dying intentionally so they could restart the game each time and ultimately prolong their streaming time.
The Twitch star expectedly took offense to the insinuation, retaliating with his own pound of flesh. In his first Twitch stream since beating Minecraft alongside IShowspeed, Kai Cenat staged a press conference in his room, hitting back at Ninja with pre-mediated question-and-answer sessions.
The stream began with a group of “paparazzi” bursting into his room with mics and cameras. Things took off on a lighter note, with the fake reporters inquiring about his streaming history with Speed. Eventually, one pap dared to ask if he was “dying on purpose to keep the game going.” Kai addressed the question with dramatized agitation, saying,
“Was I f**king dying on purpose? Put the big camera right here. Hey Ninja! F**k you Ninja, f**k you! You talking about it if I am dying on purpose and Sh*t. Who the hell wants to play Minecraft for five days?”
He added,
“Every f**king thing I do, you riding di**, fuck you!”
Concluding the fake press conference, Kai Cenat began a “f**k Ninja” chant with the paps lending him their vocals. Notably, Kai and Speed have a long history of streaming collaborations. However, their latest Minecraft Marathon, which shook the streaming community remains one of their longest streaming time, lasting over four days. Ninja’s skepticism could be understood as more versed gamers have beaten Minecraft in a shorter time frame. Nonetheless, his history of picking Kai apart must have had a ripple effect this time, necessitating a payback in like coin.
