Showing off her stunning looks at 49, the actress stuck to her usual glam sense of style, rocking a nearly sheer, sparkly dress while going strapless.
While users reacting to The Daily Mail‘s photos had zero issues with Eva’s fashion choice, the majority proved shocked, saying that they could barely recognize her while throwing out plastic surgery allegations. Eva, who was recently body-shamed as users remarked on her weight gain, was this time targeted for her face, with multiple fans gaining likes for saying that something major has changed.

Looking fabulous in the wake of her runway appearances at Paris Fashion Week, Eva highlighted her pint-sized frame in a crystal-embellished column gown covered in leaf motifs.
Layering the sparkle over a flesh-colored base, the Desperate Housewives star displayed her toned arms and shoulders, going low-cut and with a cinched bodice drawing the eye to her slim waist. Dropping jaws as she looked fit for the Oscars, Eva teamed her floor-length dress with strappy silver heels, adding a white diamond necklace to match her chunky wrist bracelet.
Smiling for the cameras, Eva wore her signature brown locks down and straight, completing her glam with matte foundation and tan eyeshadow to lift her lids. Adding some pop from a lick of mascara, the Texan flashed her pearly whites, reminding fans of her features as she continues to defy her age.
Plastic Surgery Comments Out Of Control
Topping the comments with over 100 upvotes was a fan writing: “Her dress is absolutely beautiful on her, however, I’m afraid she messed with her face. Please don’t, you’re so pretty anyway.”
Agreeing, another exclaimed: “Oh Eva!! What did you do to your face? This is really sad.”
Eva, who has never confirmed undergoing plastic surgery, was also told: “Oh noo she has fallen into the pit of plastic horrors!!! don’t do it Eva you are pretty enough!” Unfortunately for Eva, those remarks just kept on coming, with a further fan begging women to stop “messing” with their faces.
Seemingly bewildered, yet another fan asked “What happened to her face?” Eva has opened up about what she does to keep her skin youthful. The star is a fan of Morpheus8 micro-needling, but it doesn’t look like a visit to the surgeon’s office is part of her routine.
