I like money

Whether it’s for buying a new boat, a better rod, or simply some bait, making money is arguably the most important goal in Roblox Fisch and preferably as fast as possible. You’ll make your money fishing, of course, but there is always a better, more efficient way of doing things. If you want to make money fast in Roblox Fisch, I’ve got a couple methods for you to try out.

Unfortunately, before you can start making good money consistently as a beginner in Roblox Fisch, you’ll need to knock out a few prerequisites:

  • Reach level 5
  • Buy a Rowboat from the Shipwright
  • Save your money for the Carbon Rod and Bait Crates

The money you make from fishing, save it for the Carbon Rod and a Rowboat, which cost $2000 and $700, respectively. Don’t waste your money on any other rod upgrades. The Carbon Rod has a decent Luck stat, as well as allowing you to catch fish up to 600kg.

Once you have that, head out into the Ocean zone—sail west from the docks of Moosewood Island—and fish there. That’s where you’ll start pulling in really valuable fish, such as Nurse Shark and, if you’re lucky or have really good bait, Bull Sharks too.

At some point, the upgrades you need are going to get extremely expensive, especially if you’re trying to fill out your Bestiary in Roblox Fisch. For that reason, you want to set your sights on catching Colossal Squid. You want to come fully prepared though, with the following:

  • A fishing rod with a minimum of 1000 max kg
  • Good Universal Luck bait
  • Smokescreen and Sundial Totems

Due to Colossal Squid being heavy, a strong rod is a requirement. You can use the Magma Rod, Steady Rod, Nocturnal Rod, King’s Rod, Destiny Rod, Midas Rod, and the Mythical Rod. For bait, try Shrimp, Maggots, Super Flakes, Night Shrimp or Weird Algae.

Colossal Squid are also particular about the time of day and weather, hence the use of Smokescreen and Sundial Totems. Smokescreen Totems are purchased from Agaric, the NPC at Mushgrove Swamp; Sundial Totems are purchased from on Sunstone Island, inside the hidden cave at the western end of the island.

As for the area, Colossal Squid appear in the Deep Ocean zone and Snowcap Cave, which is within Snowcap Island. You can fish at any location, it won’t make a difference. What will is using Sundial Totems to change it to night and Smokescreen Totems to generate fog.
