Elon Musk purchases a new compound in Texas to accommodate his dream life as a family man with eleven children and at least two baby mamas. The Tesla CEO, who has openly promoted his agenda to mitigate population decline by having more kids and having others do the same, is a dad to eleven children from three different women. His fatherhood journey began after his marriage to college sweetheart Justine Musk, with whom he shares five kids including estranged transgender daughter Vivian. Since their 2008 divorce, the tech mogul has welcomed six more children, three each with Canadian pop star Claire Boucher (Grimes), and Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis.
Despite being at odds with some of his kids’ moms, and even his adult children, the billionaire CEO is making plans to have his blended family unite under the same roof, or in this case, a compound. According to reports, Elon Musk recently purchased a 14,400-square-foot compound in Austin, Texas for a whopping $35 million. The mansion, designed in the likeness of the lavish homes in Tuscany, Italy sits right in front of another property he has his eyes set on.
Elon Musk Wants His Family a Walking Distance From Each Other
Sources revealed to the New York Times this week that the billionaire also purchased this adjoining property featuring six bedrooms. As for his plans for these properties, a source claimed Elon Musk hoped to have two of his children’s moms live in “adjoining homes. This arrangement, he believes, would facilitate seamless co-parenting with his baby mamas, making it easier to spread his time among his younger kids. The source divulged,
“[This arrangement] will let his younger children be a part of one another’s lives, and Mr. Musk could schedule time among them.”
To better make this arrangement feasible, the two new properties acquired are just a stone’s throw from Elon Musk’s pre-owned Texas compound, about 10 minutes away. While his game plan to reunite his blended family might seem overambitious given the complicated dynamics that have played out in public eyes over the years, at least one of his baby mamas seems to dig the arrangement.
Would Billionaire’s Baby Mamas Key Into Texas Compound?
According to reports, Neuralink executive, Shivon Zilis who recently birthed Elon Musk’s 11th child, has already moved into one of the compounds in the Texas area, along with their three children together. However, singer Grimes, who shares 3 young kids with him could expectedly put on some resistance amid her heated legal battle with Elon over custody of their children. In her bid to distance herself from the mogul, Grimes famously relocated to California in 2023 with two of their kids prompting the tech mogul to file a lawsuit.
On the other hand, the businessman’ has five adult children with his first wife Justine. However, since his mission to have his children become part of each other’s lives was geared toward his younger kids, it is unlikely that Justine and her children would be compelled to move into the compound. But should any of his older kids decide to key into his blended family initiative, the 50-year-old reportedly ensured there would always be room for them in his mega Texas compound.
