Mark Wahlberg hasn’t shied away from showing off his body on the big screen. He’s flaunted his muscular physique in films like Daddy’s Home, Boogie Nights, Fear, and more. However, during a private moment while vacationing with his family, the actor’s wife, Rhea Durham, snapped a steamy shower photo of her husband. She later posted the nude photo to social media. However, it was quickly deleted. Now, sources claim that Wahlberg is furious about the situation.
According to Radar Online, Mark Wahlberg and Rhea Durham spent time in Fiji last month. The couple enjoyed the tropical location. However, Durham shared a very personal shot of her hunky husband during their trip. On her Instagram account, Rhea uploaded a photo of Mark looking out over some gorgeous scenery as he used the outdoor shower naked. His back was to the camera and his bare backside was in full view.
“Thinking back to this view of @markwahlberg,” she captioned the snap, adding flirty eyes and lip emojis for emphasis.
At the time, it appeared that Durham thought better of sharing the nude photo of her famous husband for all to see. The picture was soon deleted from her feed. However, the damage was seemingly done. Sources tell the outlet that Wahlberg was furious about the invasion of privacy especially since he’s been speaking out about his strong religious beliefs as of late.

“Even though the photo was up for just a short time, it was enough to make Mark livid,” an insider dished. “He’s extremely careful about what the public sees and what stays private. The last thing he wants is his naked bottom plastered all over the internet! While Rhea quickly deleted the image, the brief exposure caused tension — it’s a mistake she won’t be making again!”
Meanwhile, this isn’t the first time that Durham has shared a spicy photo of Wahlberg. In late 2023, she posted a snap of the actor during a red-light therapy session. In the photo, the former Calvin Klein model wore nothing but a pair of socks and his underwear. “Good morning and you’re welcome,” she captioned that photo.
Later, Mark revealed that his wife took the photo and posted it before telling him her plans.
While fans may have loved the steamy snaps of the muscled-up actor, others believe that it may have been a huge invasion of privacy. Wahlberg and Durham have been married for 15 years. They share four children together, Ella, 21, Michael, 18, Brendan, 16, and Grace, 14, per Page Six.
“She betrayed his trust with this photo. He’s rumored to be really upset about it. Is it all an act or did she really think this was a good idea?” one person commented.
“So Mark had his wife take a photo for publicity and attention, and now makes it look as though she did this on her own terms as to boost likes and ratings. Got it!” another said.
Because their children are all young adults and teens, they may have been embarrassed by their mother’s booty-baring photo of their dad. However, it seems that Wahlberg was quick to put a stop to the post before the comments and shares got too out of control. Hopefully, any issue that the photo may have caused in the couple’s relationship has now been resolved.
