People on social media are slamming Diddy’s son Christian Combs after he took over his dad’s Instagram account. Christian took to social media on Wednesday, November 6, telling his dad’s followers to “stay tuned” for positive messages about Diddy. Considering the crimes he is being charged with, many social media users were shocked by Diddy’s son’s ignorance.
Diddy’s Son Seems ‘Tone Deaf’ In Latest Post
In a video posted to Diddy’s account on Wednesday, Christian said, “Right now I’m taking over my pop’s Instagram. We gonna be posting videos, spreading good energy, taking y’all down memory lane, all the positive things he did. Stay tuned.”
People didn’t hold back in the comments. One person wrote, “I still can’t get that Cassie video out my head.” They referred to a video that surfaced of Sean “Diddy” Combs physically abusing his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hotel. It was difficult to watch and is one of many things that have stuck with people since Diddy started facing legal trouble.
“I don’t trust you lil diddler,” another person commented. Another agreed, “Not falling for this one Diddler Jr.” A third exclaimed, “This is so tone deaf, just go and prepare for the holidays in silence.”
Diddy shared his son Christian with his late ex Kim Porter. One social media user commented, referring to Christian’s mom, saying, “Your mom would be sick that [you’re] supporting him she probably prayed for this day he would be stopped.”
How Much Time Is Diddy Facing?
Surprisingly, not all of the comments toward Diddy’s son were negative, though. There were still some fans, applauding the 26-year-old for standing by his father during such a difficult time.
One person even suggested that President-elect Donald Trump would pardon Diddy’s crimes after he takes office in January. It’s true that Diddy and Trump were friends at one point in time. In fact, there have been rumors that the President-elect may have even attended some of Diddy’s infamous parties. There is no evidence to back this claim up, however, and no signs that Trump plans to pardon Diddy.
Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested in September and charged with a three count Indictment of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Since then, the number of accusers that have come forward has continued to grow.
With all of the evidence currently stacked against him, Diddy could be facing a 15-year-to-life sentence.
