Best Saug Loadout in Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 1

“Bloody hell your aim is shite!”

We can’t catch our breath with Call of Duty as the new Season 1 update has added more guns to the pile of weapons that we already had in Warzone and Black Ops 6. Saug is the new Black Ops 6 Season 1 meta and it’s quite a tricky weapon to build the best loadout with in Multiplayer, Zombies, or Warzone. The gun is powerful, for sure, but the horizontal recoil on this thing makes every teammate operator call you out for it.

Saug is a type of SMG that is built for Akimbo use. This build shreds the enemy to pieces in both Warzone and Black Ops 6 Multiplayer mode. The range is short on this thing, but you can easily fix that with a secondary Assault Rifle.

First off, you’re going to need that sweet Rapid Fire mod to make your Saug SMGs surpass the Kompakt 92 with the highest fire rate possible in the game. Then, pick a Suppressor muzzle; you don’t want your location exposed in a game where footstep sound is assumed to be a myth, right? Long barrel for a few meters more range, and Extended Mag I for more ammo. Amazing!

Back to the normal version of the Saug, the best loadout you can build with this Black Ops 6 SMG is by reducing its horizontal recoil as much as possible. Oddly enough, this weapon’s recoil pattern starts by leaning to the left, and then it drags your aim to the right as if somebody’s chasing it.

There are only two attachments in the whole Black Ops 6 Season 1 gunsmith that can help you with the horizontal recoil of weapons: Vertical Foregrip underbarrel, and Recoil Springs mod. The first one is the horizontal specialist, reducing the recoil by 35%. Recoil Springs, on the other hand, helps your accuracy by reducing all types of recoil and gunkick.

Here’s the recoil pattern you get by using both the Recoil Springs and Vertical Foregrip on the right, while the pattern on the left is when you don’t use either of them. If you’re playing Face Off, you could go for the Rapid Fire mod instead of Recoil Springs if you’re confident in your aim.
