How To Complete the It's Giving Tree Challenge in BitLife

As we near the holiday season, it’s safe to assume that we can start preparing for BitLife to feature some pretty festive challenges. We’re off to a great start with the It’s Giving Tree Challenge that we’ll be working on this week. The challenge takes us into Washington, where we’ll learn a very important trade to earn some decent money, but the real focus is all about the giving. That said, we’ll be giving away some pretty big items and loads of cash. Let’s take a look at how to complete the It’s Giving Tree Challenge in BitLife.

It’s Giving Tree Challenge Tasks

Before we jump right into completing the It’s Giving Tree Challenge, let’s take a look at the tasks we’re up against this week.

Be born in Washington.
Become a carpenter.
Give away a car.
Give away $10,000.
Give away an heirloom.

Be Born in Washington

IF you weren’t already born in Washington in your current life, then you’ll need to head over to the Activities tab and scroll down to the bottom option, the Surrender menu. From there, choose to surrender your current life, then start a new Custom Life.

In the character creator menu, fill in the following values:

Set your Gender to whatever you want.
Set your Country to the United States.
Set your Place to Seattle.
Fill out your attributes and special talent however you’d like.
Start your new custom life.

Become a Carpenter

To become a carpenter, you won’t have to do anything too special. All you need to do is graduate from secondary school, then head to the Occupation tab and search through the various full time job listings. When you find a listing for an Apprentice Carpenter job, apply, go through the interview process, and move onto the next task in the It’s Giving Tree Challenge.

Give Away a Car

After you’ve worked as a carpenter for a while and accumulated some cash, you can purchase a car or two, and give them away to someone you care about. First head over to the Assets tab, then select the Go Shopping option. From there, purchase any car. Head back into the Assets tab and select your car under the Vehicles category. Scroll down in the menu and choose the Gift option to give that car away.

Give Away $10,000

Giving away money will be a bit easier than giving away a car, but it also means you’ll need to be making some serious cash to just hand out $10,000. After you’ve accumulated at least $10,000 in your bank balance, head over to the Relationships tab and select the person you want to give the money to. Choose the Give Money option, then adjust the slider to show an amount of $10,000 or more, then give it to them.

Give Away An Heirloom

To give away an heirloom, you need to first have an heirloom. Every day when you log into BitLife, you’ll see a yellow bar that reads New Heirloom! just above the Assets and Occupation tabs. Select that option and get yourself an heirloom. Now, head over to the Assets tab and select your Heirloom from the list. Choose the Give to Charity option to give your heirloom away.
