It appears that entitlement isn’t something that just rich, white women seem to have. It’s also something that people with the audacity to do terrible things have. Unfortunately, while we still have portable recording devices, we’ll have to endure seeing entitled people repeatedly on the internet. One such entitled person was trying to get their girlfriend’s brother deported for simply not liking him. Fortunately, the tables were turned and the entire altercation was posted to Reddit.
The video is from the point of view of a body camera on a police officer. He is speaking with the man who called the police, who is explaining that he wanted to have someone deported. The police quickly explain that they have nothing to do with federal immigration, which angers the man. Fortunately, the officers are quick to realize that the man must be angry about a different situation and reassure the man’s girlfriend and her brother that they don’t care that he’s an illegal alien.
During the altercation, the man gets increasingly angry, even threatening one of the officers on the scene at one point. The man quickly apologizes and stops being so belligerent but quickly returns to that point after explaining that he needs a paper check that his girlfriend apparently has so that the can get a hotel. Then, the officers decide to arrest him for disorderly intoxication. The comments quickly filled with people criticizing the man’s actions.
“”You’re going to jail”
“No I’m not going to jail”
“Sir, the police said you are going to jail, whatever you do past that point is already useless.”
I’m glad that the officers seemed to be aware of what was actually going on before things got any worse. Who knows what he would have done had the officers left, and he had made good on his threat?
