Khloe Kardashian‘s anticipated podcast will debut exclusively on Elon Musk‘s X platform next year. The announcement, however, has sparked concern online. It comes just a month after her sister, Kim Kardashian, proudly promoted the billionaire’s humanoid robots to heavy criticism from fans.
Khloe shared the details of her podcast with The Hollywood Reporter, revealing it will launch on January 8 on X. Titled Khloé in Wonder Land, the video podcast features weekly conversations with guests. Jay Shetty of On Purpose podcast, Mel Robbins, and Scott Disick — her sister Kourtney Kardashian’s former partner — are among the confirmed guests. Expressing her excitement over the project, the KUWTK alum told THR:
“I’m so excited to partner with X for this incredible journey. It’s amazing to see our idea come to life, and I’m grateful to be able to connect with such inspiring guests like Jay, Mel and Scott – and so many more to come.”
She added, “This podcast will allow me to explore so many powerful topics, like love, healing, and happiness, and X is the perfect platform to share my curiosity and wonder.” However, her deal with Musk’s social media platform comes with a twist. Each episode of the podcast will air exclusively on X for a 24-hour window before it is made available elsewhere. Khloe Kardashian’s podcast is part of the Originals on X initiative. The deal offers an exclusive window on X but allows talent to maintain ownership of the content.
Khloe Kardashian’s Collaboration With Elon Musk’s Raises Questions
Although Musk’s Originals on X is home to many podcasts, fans think Khloe Kardashian’s collaboration speaks to something more. It doesn’t help that fans interpreted Kim’s controversial photoshoot with Tesla robots as a subtle allegiance towards Donald Trump via Musk. “Elon gave you the hookup, I see…. Wonder who you voted for?” one fan questioned the SKIMS founder. Now, similar remarks are being thrown Khloe’s way.
“The left has ditched X. Is she pandering to the MAGA crowd now? Thanks, but no thanks,” one fan penned.
“While not exactly a fan, I’ve always been a soft supporter of the Kardashians and given them the benefit of the doubt. No longer,” another fan vowed. “They are obviously fully hitched to the conservative train now. Good riddance.”
Some fans alluded to Musk and Khloe having more than a political allegiance to each other.
“Still convinced that there’ll be a couple of Musk-Kardashian children in the future. He is pro IVF and surrogacy, so it’s not like it’d inconvenience them at all,” one fan theorized.
The truth of Elon Musk’s growing relationship with the Kardashian-Jenner family remains unknown. But for now, it mainly looks like a business transaction between two social media powerhouses.
