I’ll admit that I immediately go into the comments section of any given video to see what exactly people are talking about. Typically, in videos where a man is being a scumbag to a woman, I can already tell that the comments are going to side with the woman. However, I can also usually expect clever banter against the man. I wasn’t expecting the following TikTok video to have so many comments absolutely roasting a Georgia man for trying to ask his Uber driver out on a date. The app is so funny; I will miss it if it does get removed from all digital storefronts on January 19th.
In the video, an Uber driver in Georgia picks up a male passenger, and the two begin driving to their destination. Not long after the drive starts, the man flirts aggressively with the female driver, making her uncomfortable. She rejects his advances time and time again, which he continues to push on verbally. Eventually, he leans forward outside his seat and wedges between the driver and passenger seats. This straw breaks the camel’s back because the woman immediately begins to defend herself, making it clear that she wants nothing to do with him.
It’s what she says just before the video ends, that really took me back. When I went to peek in the comments, I already knew it would be the hottest topic of conversation.

That’s one way to be humbled while being incredibly creepy towards the woman you’re trying to take out! The video ends there, but I can’t imagine there was anything he could say after that to convince her to go out with him. Hopefully, the driver was able to report him on the app and never has to drive him again.
