Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 The Tomb map easter egg has been beaten and the ending reveals the future path we’ll follow with the Zombies storyline. Speaking of which, Black Ops 6 The Tomb ending also fully reveals the next Zombies map, The Mansion, we’ll be receiving in the next seasons of the game, which is quite shocking to see.

What Happens In The Tomb Map?

The Tomb map is a dig site that contains a Sentinel Artifact from the Chaos storyline of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Although many of these artifacts existed in the past, only one remains in the Black Ops 6 Zombies storyline, buried deep in this map.

Now, after retrieving an amulet that opens the gateways to achieving the artifact in Citadelle des Morts, Maya, Carver, Weaver, Grey, and the rest of the crew go to the dig site to get this item. They believe that by achieving the Sentinel Artifact, they can save Samantha Maxis from the Dark Aether.

In Black Ops 6 Zombies: The Tomb map, the crew is able to obtain the Sentinel Artifact from the Dark Aether with the guidance of Sir Archibald, who’s been investigating this ancient relic for many years. The main crew got an exfill from the dig site, but the S.A.M AI has more plans for them.

S.A.M reveals more about the Sentinel Artifacts’ presence throughout history and how they’ve been used several times. It then proceeds to invite the crew to Liberty Falls, where it can tell them how to activate and use the Sentinel Artifact. Accordingly, S.A.M has deciphered the steps to activate the relic, which requires exotic items found only in Liberty Falls.

S.A.M shows them the map of Liberty Falls, where we can see the current map with the same name on the right side where it writes the “Outbreak Zone.” But, the focus is on The Mansion, where the S.A.M AI’s physical body, AKA the Sphere we first saw in the Liberty Falls trailer, is located.

It’s clear that the Zombie crew will follow what S.A.M. says, as it’s the only one with the knowledge they need to activate the Sentinel Artifact. With the Mansion map revealed, we get to play in the same location we saw in the Black Ops 6 Zombies Liberty Falls trailer.

Edward Richtofen was last seen in this area before being taken to the Dark Aether. So, if there’s anywhere in the Black Ops 6 Zombies universe we can find Richtofen now, it’s near his mansion on top of the town of Liberty Falls.
