Many users applaud that Tiktok’s algorithm divides people into communities. This way, people can find those with similar tastes, preferences, or hobbies. However, there are times when people should have specific ideas limited. For example, this influencer went viral on Reddit for showing her tips and tricks, but this time, she was so far as not to use toilet paper in her house. I understand that some people want to be completely waste-free and want to help the environment, but I think this is way too much.
Redditor Balr0g_0f_m0ria_ shared on r/CringeTikToks a video of minimalism influencer lis_daily_, in which she decided to no longer buy toilet paper for herself or her family. Not only that, but she changed the toilet paper for something the influencer calls “family cloth,” which is a kind of towel that they use to clean themselves after doing their needs. In the video, lis_daily_ talks about how using this cloth saves money and storage space. Also, this mom explains how her family members learn to be responsible for washing the clothes between each use, even her little children.
Why does she smell it?

Everyone is free to decide what to do in their own homes, but I’ll pass this time; the truth is that I’m still a little disgusted by this idea. I can’t imagine being invited to a house and then only being able to use a cloth like that in the bathroom with nothing else to clean myself.
Then think of the fact that it’s a family cloth…

Apparently, many of lis_daily_’s videos are very controversial because she tends to wear foil hats every time she leaves the house and because she buys basically nothing, not even Christmas presents, for her kids. This time, she took minimalism to new levels. It may not be the most environmentally friendly thing to do, but I couldn’t live without toilet paper never.
