If you want to become the leader of a successful heist organization in Fortnite, you must first know how to make a decent heist. You have to start from the bottom and build your way to the top, so the first step in your criminal life is to find and learn how to open Bank Vaults in Fortnite. It will always come in handy to get a good informant to know the locations of these vaults around the island. However, the storm and other players will not be your only enemies.

Heists return to Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 2, but they are not like you remember. Like in other seasons, there will be vaults and bunkers in different locations; this season has them in Crime City, Lonewolf Lair, Seaport City, and Masked Meadows. The vaults are inside black buildings with golden details, except in Lonewolf Lair because you must go to the basement. However, before even going to the vault, you must make sure to find Thermite first; this is an item that looks like dynamite. You can find Thermite in normal chests or those that look like backpacks that usually appear near the bunkers. Once you have the explosives, place them on the armored door of the vault.

Wait, this is not the end of your heist because opening the vault is the easiest thing to do. For Fortnite, Chapter 6 Season 2, Epic Games added a mechanic where you must survive waves of enemies that will appear once you open the Bank Vault. A bar with four divisions will appear at the top of the screen; this will fill up as you eliminate the guards. However, the more you fill the bar and complete the stages, the bosses will start to appear; these are guards with more HP and sturdier attacks. Kill all the guards so you can steal all the valuable items from the bunker. You can find Legendary or Epic level weapons, Gold Bars, chests, and Dill Bitcoins in the vault.

Don’t let your guard down at any time. Throughout the challenge of reaching and opening the vaults, other players will be trying to steal credit for your hard work and your loot. Ensure you have a good team to be victorious over the other players and NPCs.
