Most of us have to work for decades to ensure a peaceful and somewhat stable life. So, if we’re already doomed to work for the rest of our lives, the least we expect is for it to be peaceful. However, on Reddit, one Indiana goose had something very different in mind when it decided to attack a poor worker on their way to work with its scathing judgment. The poor worker already had enough problems in their head before the goose arrived with a criminal side-eye.
PSA: For those who don’t know, this is a cheeky homage to The Office!
Redditor Skr000 shared r/DunderMifflin’s photo of a goose they found at the top of their work building. But this was no ordinary bird, as OP tells us, who at first just stared at the bird for a moment, until it retaliated with an annoyed look and said the following:
This goose called me an ignorant sl*t when I was walking into work.

No one deserves such bad treatment, but what this Indiana worker didn’t know was that this goose was actually giving a motivational talk about workplace hazards and safety, in addition to other topics, such as raising awareness about depression. Sadly, the other users ignored that fact and focused more on the building and making references to The Office.

OP also says it is very common to see some of these angry geese in the area, as a lake is nearby. Many told OP they should be careful when using the GPS because of the danger of falling into the lake. But back to the goose, its attitude was very out of nowhere, and OP didn’t need someone else to stress them out before starting their day. Hopefully, the goose will be more mindful of its actions and will be less upset with people who are just passing by, regardless of whether the bird is giving a speech that would help millions of people with their mental health or not.
