In one of the most surprising news today, Blizzard teased, not one, but two upcoming collaborations with two of its games. First, we’ll get an Overwatch 2 x Gundam Wings collaboration. Yet, the one that surprised many and fits the game perfectly is the Diablo x Berserk one. It’s still uncertain what each event will bring, but we’re certainly excited for both. And if you were looking for excuses to return to the beloved hero shooter or the chaotic ARPG, these might be the events that will reel you back in.

While both collaborations look promising, we really need to talk about Diablo x Berserk first. By the teaser, we can see what seems to be a barbarian wielding the iconic sword while slashing through enemies. This might mean that players will be able to obtain said weapon and hopefully even fight a few enemies from Berserk. Yet, we’re just speculating on the matter, and Blizzard hasn’t confirmed anything. However, it looks like the collaboration will be for Diablo 4, so those looking to get new Berserk-themed goodies might have to dust off their characters soon.

The next collaboration is Overwatch 2 x Gundam Wings, which actually has a release date. According to the above post, it will land on April 29. It’s still uncertain what items will arrive with it, but by the looks of it, we can expect something for Mercy. However, we hope there are more things to grab for our other heroes.

In any case, it is great to see these games getting such top-tier collaborations. Also, it seems a lot of people are excited for the Diablo x Berserk one. However, the one for Overwatch 2 seems great, too, and it isn’t far away. And if you’ve been away from Overwatch 2, remember that the Stadium mode is also coming in the next few days, so this might be the best time to jump back into some hero-shooting action and prepare for the first collab Blizzard has planned.
