Employees at a Panera Bread in Colorado were left in utter dismay after a customer went berserk over a wrong order. Another customer at the scene filmed the moment the man turned the whole place upside down, leaving onlookers clutching their pearls.
What appeared to be a seemingly calm day at a Panera Bread outlet in Glendale quickly turned chaotic after one man attacked employees for serving him the wrong smoothie. The customer stood close to the counter and started a brawl with his actions.

The video showed the disgruntled customer flipping over a smoothie cup while swiping soda cans off the counter. To stop the man from causing further damage, one customer in a blue shirt advanced towards him. However, the aggressor was swifter as he turned around and pushed the other customer to the floor.
As if that was not enough, he jumped on the man and pummeled him. At this point, a security officer in black grabbed the man and quickly tackled him to the ground. “Call the police,” someone exclaimed in the background. The customer continued raising his voice as he struggled to escape the security. One of the workers immediately stepped in and hit him on the head with a pan.
However, the man appeared to be unaffected as he continued to fight the security until the video faded out. The clip, which was posted to the r/PublicFreakout Reddit forum, gained attention from Redditors who expressed deep disapproval. “Slight over reaction, perhaps? Sweet Jesus,” someone wrote. “Imagine going to prison over a smoothie,” another quipped.
A Redditor who could relate to the situation expressed sympathy for the Colorado Panera Bread employees. “They are having a rough day. As someone who has worked in fast food for too many years, this is crazy at its peak. Someone revealed a different angle of the story, noting that the customer was fighting over a phone. The customer, identified as Isaac Ross, reportedly unleashed mayhem while looking for his phone. Following his violent outburst, police officers got involved and placed him on a watchlist. Per the last report on him, authorities are still on the lookout.
