Miami Uber Driver With ‘Crazy Eyes’ Pulls Gun on Passenger Who Refuses to Exit Car: ‘Almost Died Over an Uber Ride!’

An Uber trip in Miami turned into a frightening confrontation between the driver and the passenger when the passenger refused to leave the car. The driver took extreme measures to get the rider out of her car, even brandishing a weapon at her. The incident, caught on camera and posted on Reddit, showed the driver yelling at her passenger to leave the car. “You’re harassing me. Get out of my vehicle right now!” the driver screamed before reporting the incident to 911. 

The passenger, however, claimed not to have harassed the driver and refused to disembark. When the car owner told the customer that she “was no longer on the ride,” the customer commented, “She got them crazy eyes.” The Uber driver seemed triggered by the remark and warned the passenger to exit in a higher pitch before pointing a gun at her. With the gun’s barrel in her face, the customer immediately exited the car, clearly afraid.

Moments after the video was posted, Redditors reacted to it, weighing in with their opinions. This netizen wrote, “If the strategy was to frustrate the driver until she points a gun at your face, she won. But she almost died over an Uber ride, and the driver probably lost this one, big time.”

Another person commented, “This is a fair play here. It’s her space and property, so respect is required with her request to get out.”

A third Redditor blamed the customer for the incident, writing, “Karens always turn on the camera after pushing service workers past the brink.”

A fourth observer claimed the driver’s actions were warranted. “The gun pull is almost justified here. What is she gonna do? Wait for the cops? I don’t want a crazy person in my car either.”

The passenger involved has been identified as Bomb Ass Krissy, who is now pressing charges and plans to name Uber in the suit. Krissy disclosed that the situation started when she attempted to give directions to the driver, which escalated after the eye comment.

She confessed to 7 News that she was terrified when the weapon was pointed at her and kept thinking of her son. “I just never expected anything like this to happen. I was focused on the gun.” 

Meanwhile, Uber responded to the video, issuing a statement conveying its apologies. The company further stated that it was investigating the matter, and the driver’s access to the app was removed.

Authorities are currently investigating the matter, and as of this moment, the driver is unidentified.
