Although a tasty fast food meal is probably about the last thing this person is thinking about after this insane encounter. This poor woman also documented her situation on her personal TikTok account.
According to The Mary Sue, the caption of the TikTok video stated the incident occurred at a Jack’s Family Restaurant in Anniston, Alabama. The Alabama woman begins her video with a close-up of her meal. The burger is opened up as the TikToker explains she was about to take the pickles off the cheeseburger when her heart probably dropped. Inside the uneaten burger was an entire pill of some sort. A red pill can be seen in the video before the woman stomps to the counter to show the staff.

When the TikToker gets to the counter, it is clear that not a lot will be done about the situation. The first worker asked her if she had gotten the burger from the same restaurant. While the cheeseburger still has the company’s rapper on half of it, the second employee identifies the pill as an Excedrin. This is used for tension headache relief. However, the woman does end up getting a refund for the meal. It was also said that the workers seemed to believe it was not a big deal, while it certainly was. TikTok users even left comments on the post urging the woman to “Call a lawyer immediately.”
As the Alabama woman continues to explain to the worker, it seems clear that it doesn’t really matter that much to them. Their response was “sorry about that” when the TikToker explained what she found in her food. The general response to the video is disgust and horror.
