An unruly passenger caused a disturbance aboard a Southwest Airlines flight en route to Kansas City, Missouri, physically and verbally assaulting a fellow passenger. The assault was captured on camera and shared in three parts on Reddit. The first video opens with a woman wearing a black shirt and a red hat facing the back seat, arguing with another female passenger. Soon, she begins hitting the other lady, forcefully grabbing a handful of her hair. Fellow passengers and security personnel intervene, trying to get her to release the woman’s hair.
When asked to release the victim’s hair, the assailant argued, “I’m not even touching her hair,” even though it was evident she was pulling the hair. Finally, the fiery lady released the victim’s hair, and security personnel hurried to zip-tie her hands.
While security tried to restrain the violent woman, she began hurling insults at the victim. She was heard yelling, “Look at this fat lady. Look at this fat a** bit**. You can’t even see your stomach. It’s horrible.” The distressed woman soon diverted her attention to one of the officials who tried restraining her, telling him that her “boyfriend is black.”
However, her attention quickly returned to the victim, continuing the onslaught. The agitated woman spat at the passenger repeatedly, prompting a female security guard to hold her head down.
A second video capturing the incident showed the lady in the hat with her head restrained by the security woman. Despite the restraint, she still cursed at the other passenger, shouting, “Ugly a**bi**! You never got laid in your life.”
Suddenly, she stopped the verbal outburst and began crying, “I can’t breathe, I can’t breathe.” When the female officer let go of her head, she fell to the floor, throwing a tantrum. She kicked the air, and rolled on the floor, shouting, “F**k you!” at no one in particular.
While on the floor, she continued the attack by forcefully kicking the victim. Ultimately, the violent woman was removed from the plane. A video later shared on Reddit showed her strapped to a stretcher and being escorted away by police. The video’s caption explained, “She is zonked out. Clearly, a little of the chemical restraints was used.”
The video has garnered public attention, with several new netizens expressing shock over the woman’s behavior. One netizen characterized her behavior as out of the ordinary, writing, “She very well may be a demon.” A second observer added, “They need muzzles for trash like her.”
As of writing, it is unclear what charges were levied against the violent woman.
