Things within the Beckham family began to escalate when David Beckham and his wife, Victoria Beckham, and their son, Brooklyn, and his wife, Nicola Peltz, boycotted David’s recent 50th birthday party.
The public birthday snub clearly wasn’t just shade. It appears to be a deliberate attack on David. Sources say the snub left David Beckham humiliated, escalating the already messy family feud. The drama has taken a toll on Beckham, and Tom Cruise is there to comfort his pal and offer some unsolicited fatherly wisdom.

Tom Cruise wants David Beckham to know he is there for him in his time of need, according to Star Magazine. Sources tell the publication that Tom is concerned for David’s well-being. So he has been checking in on him regularly.
“Tom has been checking in and telling David to hang in there, but also be tough,” says the insider.“It’s a bewildering situation for the Beckhams right now. David needs all the support he can get.”
David Beckham has been leaning on Tom, So Cruise is playing dad coach to help him through the dark times. However, as most are aware, Tom Cruise is not exactly the father of the year. Fans are shocked that the actor has the nerve to give anyone any type of parenting advice.
Tom Cruise has three children: Isabella and Conner, whom he adopted with ex-wife Nicole Kidman, and biological daughter Suri Cruise with ex-wife Katie Holmes. While Tom does see his adopted children from time to time, most are aware of his estranged relationship with Suri Cruise, whom he hasn’t allegedly contacted in over a decade.
