Sometimes the world can give you a rare gem. A moment so utterly absurd that we can all take a big laugh, exhale, and almost forget about all the crazy stuff going on in the news every day. Oftentimes, Karens are usually being racist or being far too nosy, but its a rare treat when a Karen decides to wade in on the animal kingdom and interfere with the circle of life itself. Well, brace yourselves because that’s what went down when a California Karen decided to “quackblock” a duck during mating season.
In a hilarious video posted on X by user FearBuck, from a TikTok video by a user named _juliarose in California, you can see a bunch of people at a park, with a fenced-in pond and a few ducks milling about. As this one male duck starts approaching a female with ravenous intent, a Karen steps over the fence and begins berating the duck. Yes, you read that right, and the video above is much wilder than the text suggests. She starts yelling and saying, “Hey! Get off of her! Stop it! God damnit!”
She then turns around and yells at people for just standing around, then JUMPS in the water and tries to interfere with the mating ritual. It was unclear what her motives were, or whether she thought a duck was in danger, but the video ends before we get a follow-up to Karen’s anti-duck rampage. Many folks on the thread had some hilarious comments to say.

Clearly, this Karen has not heard about the birds and the bees, the circle of life, or watched any National Geographic at any point. If you see nature taking its course, don’t get in the way people.
