There’s nothing as irritating as a nosy neighbor. It’s borderline invasive when you feel someone’s watching your every movie. A woman in Alabama found out recently that Karens can be nosy neighbors, too. Some of the worst kinds, in fact. Even worse, this nosy Karen decided she needed drama, despite being new to the building. The reason? She mistook some stray cats in the neighborhood for a neighbor’s pets, even though she doesn’t own cats.
TikTok user Kasha posted a video of her receiving a nasty and unexpected surprise from her new neighbor. “Take care of your cat on the patio. No water or food. I will report you,” the letter read. Kasha said to her audience, “B***h, I don’t even have a cat.” So, Kasha decided to take matters into her own hands and write her own letter back to the nosy neighbor.
Kasha posted her own letter on her neighbor’s door. It read, “For your information… I don’t have any animals. There are plenty of cats in the area and they roam around the complex. Report to a job before you worry about reporting me. Thank you. P.S. I don’t bother anybody so you’re better off staying away!” But that wasn’t enough. Kasha then turns to the camera and talks about her nosy neighbor. She says that if her neighbor comes back to her door, she’s going to “twist your motherf*****g fingers off.”
Commenters, including myself, found her reply pretty hilarious and necessary. Who accuses someone of abusing their animals without evidence? And threaten to report them? I’d be having a hard time keeping my mouth shut, too. All the nosy Karen had to do was knock and politely ask if Kasha had any cats.
One person commented on her video, “I’ve never heard someone threaten to twist fingers off before. The way I balled my fingers into a fist when you said that.” Another person shared their own experience, “Man I had some neighbors moving my trash infront of my door. One day I seen some s**t infront of theirs. They blamed me and called the cops and then left racist notes in my trash. Ik they have a guilty conscience.” Why do neighbors have to be the worst sometimes?
