That was the case for a woman in South Jersey, who recalled how her ex responded when she asked to see his phone. In a TikTok video, the woman explained that during that period she was working overnight shifts while her husband stayed home. Everything seemed fine until one morning when she came home from a shift and got a strong feeling to check his phone. Her intuition, she said.
When she confronted him, she recalled how panic spread across his face before he grabbed a “big hefty crystal bookend” and smashed the phone in front of her. She added that his mother even stepped in afterward. “You know what happened after that? His mama took him to get a new one. Sure did,” she said.
Despite all that drama, the woman mentioned in the caption that she still managed to retrieve the memory card and “got to work.” She also shared that she has since been divorced following the incident.
