Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are once again under fire, this time after shocking claims about the Duke’s alleged demands for reconciliation with the royal family. In a recent episode of Spot On with Link Lauren, host Link Lauren didn’t hold back, calling the couple “delusional” and mocking Prince Harry’s request that Meghan Markle be treated as “Her Royal Highness,” bows, curtsies, and all.
According to Lauren, Prince Harry is seeking full security for himself and his family, press control managed directly by Buckingham Palace, and most controversially, official HRH treatment for Meghan Markle, including the expectation that royals and the public bow and curtsy to her.
Lauren immediately dismissed the idea. “Absolutely not. Hell to the no. Imagine your real royalty, and you have to bow down to this ex-duchess who traipses around a kitchen and doing flower arrangements on Netflix,” he said. “That’s like bowing down to one of the Kardashians.”

The host didn’t stop there. He slammed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as “delusional,” adding, “They’re cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs. Harry’s offering reconciliation, but at a price and that price includes the entire royal family bowing to Meghan.” Lauren questioned why anyone should show that level of deference to Meghan, referencing her past criticisms of the monarchy. “She made a mockery of the monarchy, called it medieval, and now she wants people to curtsy to her? That’s who she is,” he said. “Meghan Markle. Rules for thee, not for me.”
The episode sparked a wave of reactions across X, with many siding with the host’s fiery take.
