Parking Lot Karen Goes Ballistic at Onlooker After Crashing Her Truck on the Curb in Pennsylvania: ‘You Can’t Park There’

Does this hurt the truck?

You don’t often see something out of place in public, but when you do, it becomes an instant disruption. In the case of one man in a mall parking lot in Pennsylvania, he found a Ford truck stuck on the median curb and started filming. To his surprise, however, the owner of the truck, described by the viewers as a certified Karen, got angry and started chasing him off:

The incident apparently took place around early September in a Pennsylvania mall parking lot. It was uploaded by the man who was filming, and he was immediately confronted by the irate woman who told him that he couldn’t film their “little accident”. The woman immediately told off the witness and said, “You don’t need to film this, thank you. It’s my truck, I say no…. We are a two-party consent state in Pennsylvania!”

Thankfully, the man even zoomed in and tried to assess the damage, and saw that the rear wheels of the Ford truck were off the ground and that the whole rear axle housing was stuck on the median curb. He was then interrupted by the woman and the truck owner after she started recording the witness as well, violating her own attitude about filming in public and the two-party consent.

Afterward, the woman went off on a tirade and debate with the male onlooker about how what happened was a “misfortune” even though it appeared that they got stuck on the median curb after trying to take a shortcut around the parking lot. The male witness has since labeled the woman’s actions as assault, likely due to her aggression, though it appears no one was hurt during the confrontation and the little accident, apart from maybe a bruised ego.

People online were quick to correct the Karen

It’s not clear what exactly caused the Karen’s Ford truck to crash on the median curb (which was put in place to specifically block cars from moving there), but many comments online were definitely not on the truck owner’s side. Some have argued that the accident happened in a public place and would likely obstruct people during their errands, so it was fair game for filming. They have since pointed out the Karen’s hypocrisy.

“When it’s in public it’s everybody’s business,” argues one Facebook user

“I love how the first thing people say is ‘You can’t film me!’ Then they start filming the camera person!”

“Blocking a license plate that literally everyone sees… weird.”

Others couldn’t help but make a joke out of the moment, especially how the truck owner kept downplaying her mistake (or the driver’s) as some kind of unavoidable accident or misfortune. Many have also pointed out how the Karen is a bit of a control freak and that being recorded is the least of her issues.

“Missed opportunity for a ‘you can’t park there'”

“You should had just kept walking around the lot until she got tired of following you 🤣🤣”

“Heheh being recorded is the Least of the issues 😂”
