Say what you will about the state of U.S. politics, it sure is entertaining. And sometimes, it’s done by people who go on to do great things. In this case, a 12-foot statue has made its appearance in Washington, DC, and it’s a constant reminder of what’s been on the nation’s mind: Epstein’s files. This bronze statue depicts President Trump and Jeffrey Epstein, happily holding hands with one another.
David Crabb posted a TikTok regarding the mysterious statue that randomly showed up at the National Mall in Washington, DC. David said the statue was erected this morning in front of the Capitol. He then pans his camera around, and you can hilariously see Trump and Epstein in bronze, smiling and holding hands with one another on individual pedestals. There is a plaque in front of them with two hands, which states, “In Honor of Friendship Month. We celebrate the long lasting bond between President Donald J. Trump and his ‘closest friend’ Jeffrey Epstein.”
On the flip side, the letter President Trump wrote to Jeffrey on his 50th birthday can be seen. So far, information has been released that the statue exists due to a group called “The Secret Handshake.” They allegedly stated the statue will remain there for five days. David laughs as he says, “We’ll see if it stays up or if authorities take it down.”
The Trump administration wasn’t happy about the statue and its implications. Epstein and Trump had a close friendship. A White House spokesperson was quoted as saying, “Liberals are free to waste their money however they see fit—but it’s not news that Epstein knew Donald Trump, because Donald Trump kicked Epstein out of his club for being a creep.” In other words, continuing to pretend the two didn’t share a friendship.
In David’s comments, people had their own things to say about the hilarious statue. One commenter pointed out, “The frolicking pose has me dying.” Another person said, “Trump will announce tonight that all unauthorized statues will be illegal.” It’s hard to say if the statue will stay up for five days, but maybe I’ll be surprised.
