A woman in Phoenix, Arizona, has gone public on TikTok to warn others after a shocking encounter with a well-known real estate broker. In her video, she described how a routine client appointment turned into one of the most frightening experiences of her career.
She explained that she went to a client’s home for a scheduled walkthrough to discuss cleaning services. After knocking and announcing herself, she said the homeowner peeked through the door, looked her over, and then opened it completely naked. “Head to toe. No socks. Nothing,” she recalled. Before he could finish his sentence, beginning with “I don’t know how comfortable you are with this,” she quickly cut him off and rushed back to her car.
Shaken, she immediately called the police to file a report, but the man left before officers arrived. Later, she contacted the brokerage firm and colleagues linked to the client’s social media profile to report the incident. At first, she said the company told her they would fire him, but they later changed course and said he would be suspended pending investigation.
According to her, the man later told detectives he had mistaken her for a masseuse. She disputed this, stating that their communication clearly identified her visit as a cleaning service. “There’s no way you could confuse an appointment for cleaning your home with someone coming to give a massage,” she said, calling the explanation an attempt to “lie and get out of this.”
The woman urged young service providers to be careful when meeting clients in private homes. “I feel obligated to warn others so no one else has to feel the fear and anger I did,” she said, asking viewers to share her message widely.
Here’s What Netizens Are Saying About the Arizona Woman’s Allegation
Many commenters praised her for speaking up. “Ew 🤢 you’re a real one girl warning the rest of the girlies! Glad you are ok,” one person wrote. Another added, “As a newbie in real estate this is scary. I’m glad you’re okay!” A third asked, “But like who even answers the door like that for a masseuse?!?! 🥴,” challenging the man’s excuse. Someone else remarked, “Omg sis!! This is wild. I’m sorry this happened to you.”
Others encouraged her to take formal action. “Report it to your broker and file a report to the Arizona Realtors Association,” one viewer advised. Another stressed, “This needs more attention. He should not get away with this type of behavior.”
Some even took action themselves. “I reached out to each and every realtor he does business with that he tagged on his account and some of them are engaging positively! Hopefully this message spreads and he loses his license,” one user shared. An Arizona realtor also promised to help, writing,“AZ Realtor here. Let me share and get him help. Sorry that happened to you and thank you for sharing and warning others.”
