The drive-thru has become a place where people can quickly lose their cool. Whether it’s having to wait for their food, dealing with those surrounding them in the line, or clashing with a fast food worker, it seems that the number of viral videos that come from places like McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and other favorite food joints has only increased. This week, one Ohio woman had an epic screaming match with a worker at her local Wendy’s, and the people behind her caught the entire thing on camera.

The video posted, by TikTok user @hippiehipsher, starts off in the middle of the drama. It’s unclear what exactly happened to make the Ohio Wendy’s customer mad, but she was obviously furious. The clip sees the customer screaming at the worker through the drive-thru speaker, and even getting out of her car to antagonize the employee.

The customer says she refuses to move out of the drive-thru until the woman comes to confront her face-to-face. “Come move me,” she yells. When the employee says that she won’t do that, the customer gets even more frustrated.

The two women trade jabs for a few minutes, which includes name-calling and yelling profanity at one another. However, after watching the video, it seems that the Wendy’s worker may have started the altercation. The worker goes on to call the employee fat, even though she can’t see her.

All the while, the car behind the disgruntled customer is having a great time. In the car, two women can be heard giving commentary on the situation, and they are definitely team customer. The pair encourages the woman in line ahead of them to keep going as they claim the employee was not only unprofessional, but downright rude and wrong. It was also revealed in the clip that the Wendy’s worker only had two people on staff at the time of the encounter.

The person recording lets the woman know that she’s recording the incident. “I got you,” she tells the customer. “We’ve been watching,” the spectators tell her. Before finally deciding to leave the drive-thru, the customer jokes with the video recorders that she didn’t want to go to jail for fighting with the Wendy’s worker. “We got your back,” they tell her.

Of course, TikTok went thoroughly entertained by the video. “Where’s the beef? It’s here at Wendy’s” one person commented. “The way she’s just yelling at the box lol,” another wrote. “Now this is entertainment. I gotta go to Wendy’s,” a third social media user quipped. “Who is this lady? I like her,” a fourth comment read.

It appears that the customer may not always be right when it comes to ordering at the Wendy’s drive-thru. However, at least the heated Ohio moment turned into some comic relief for the internet.
