A Beverly Hills, California, woman embodied the “rage” in road rage as she screamed at a fellow driver, threatening to get them deported. A video was posted on Reddit showing the entire exchange from the driver’s camera. The clip began with the visibly furious woman taking a video of the driver’s license number while yelling. The woman’s rants could not be heard as the person in the car had their windows wound up and soft music playing in the background.
Satisfied with the clips she had taken of the license number, the angry Karen moved up to the windscreen to capture the driver’s face.“This lady is crazy,” the driver concluded. The furious woman came up to the driver’s window and screamed, “Are you even legal?!” After a while, the person in the car turned off their music and wound their window down to hear what the woman was going on about. Returning to the front of the driver’s car, still recording, the woman taunted, “That’s right, back it up! Ha Ha, what are you gonna do? I’m gonna get you deported.”
Before storming off to her Tesla, she screamed, “[Expletive].” The angry woman got into her car, reversed, and approached the driver’s car while blasting her horn aggressively. Since the driver did not budge and she had no way out, she gave in and reversed, giving the driver room to leave. As the driver drove towards her, she kept blasting her horn. Just as the two cars came side by side, she flipped the driver the finger, bellowing, “[Expletive] you! Follow the rules, [Expletive]” as she drove off.
The driver stifled a laugh before they stopped recording. The Reddit community pounced on the video immediately, with many livid and disappointed about the Karen’s behavior. “I love how she is the one who had to back up and let him through. That had to hurt her ego even more! I hope she has the day she deserves,” a Redditor wrote, while another wondered, “How do all of these [expletive] have so much energy to carry all of this hate? I’m exhausted just listening to them.”
A netizen found her outburst irrational, noting her look, “Ok, but she herself looks like she has some sort of mixed heritage, so for her to make the threat is wild.” A Redditor joked, “The official car of Nazis,” referring to her Tesla, while another chimed in, “And driving a swaticar, talk about a stereotype”.
