A customer at a wax center in O’Fallon, Illinois, was left astonished when her waxer quit in the middle of the job and stormed out of the room. What’s worse is that she left the door to the room wide open, making it possible for anyone to pass by and see the customer lying naked on the waxing table. Fortunately, that didn’t happen, but this woman’s behavior is definitely a sight to behold.
The above video was posted to the TikTok account @therealdollfacekilla and is from the point of view inside a private waxing room at a wax center. These centers offer services such as bikini and Brazilian waxing, as well as other treatments that tend to be in more delicate areas of the body.
According to the video’s caption, the original poster, whose TikTok name is DollFace, had arrived for her appointment and immediately tried to have a lighthearted conversation with her waxer. The waxer was reportedly very standoffish and didn’t really respond to the conversation until it came to the point where she was going to wax an area they’d agreed to leave alone.
This is where things took a turn for the worse, and the waxer immediately decided to quit mid-job, leaving the room completely while her customer lay on the waxing table, naked. As you leave the room, you hear the waxer yelling various expletives, acting incredibly annoyed for some reason. Fortunately, another employee listened to the commotion and offered to finish the service on the other woman’s behalf.
Many commentators especially noticed how the other employee came to the rescue, with some of the top comments saying, “The one that stepped up needs a raise..” and, “That second lady needs to start her own business IMMEDIATELY!!” What’s really odd is how annoyed the second waxer looked, but not at the customer, but at the first waxer for behaving the way she did.
The second waxer was able to finish up the job, and even took time to comment on the video as well, saying, “This is Nydia the waxer that resolved the problem and again I am so sorry you had to see our location in that type of manner . 😓❤” It’s great that someone within the business took accountability, even if it wasn’t their fault. I want to think that the first waxer was punished or maybe even let go from the wax center. At the very least, she’ll definitely think twice before ever behaving like that again, I’m sure.
