TikTok has become one of the best places to find wild and hilarious videos. The social media app has also only continued to grow in popularity due to these kinds of videos. However, in a TikTok posted to the account @alexandra.niicole, viewers see a strange man sleeping in this California woman’s backyard. Yet, what the man is wearing is what really takes the cake. The video has over 300K views and 20K likes as the internet gets a first-hand look at a very bad break-in attempt.
The TikTok begins with a man being woken up by two police officers. As seen in the video, the strange man is wearing all black, a hat, and gloves. It would appear that he was up to no good before he took his little catnap. The video also shows how the man was sleeping before being woken up, as he was curled up on an outside sofa and even had a blanket on. The California woman in the video can also be heard explaining what the man looks like, most likely while on a phone call with somebody else.
TikTok Roasts Sleepy California Burglar
The video’s comment section was having a field day with this man, however. Plenty of jokes, as well as actual concern, have flooded the comment section of the video. “I’ve heard of a cat burglar, but not a nap burglar,” one joked. “I need to know what he told the cops,” wrote another. Finally, the TikTok account itself would reply, saying the man told police that he was just hanging out and “Grilling some vegetables.“
Arguably, the scariest part of the TikTok is how calm the man is while being placed under arrest. The strange man is able to keep his cool pretty well, even after being woken up from his nap by two law enforcement officers. The man would then be forced to stand up as he put his hands above his head. Although the cops would grab them immediately as they slammed the cuffs on. The California woman can then be heard saying, “This is extremely terrifying.”
It is unknown what that odd man was planning on doing if he had been able to get inside this home. However, it was most likely nothing good. Luckily, he decided to take a nap instead, as it landed him behind bars. As for the California woman, she seemed very brave throughout this encounter. Hopefully, she will be able to move past this and get on with her everyday life.
