Mad Georgia Karen Calls Police and HOA on Neighbor After She Parked Her Vehicle ‘Near’ Her Mailbox: ‘This Lady Wants to Come for Me’

A woman in Clayton County, Georgia, accused her neighbor of calling the police on her and reporting her to the homeowners’ association (HOA) for parking her car near her mailbox. To the surprise of many, the car was nowhere near the mad Karen’s mailbox.

The incident was reported by TikTok user yestyecan (Ty), who uploaded a clip in which she is talking to a Clayton County police officer. The cop, who appears to be in disbelief, tells Ty that her neighbor complained about her car “being parked over there.” He then asks if she minds moving it.

“So, you’re telling me they called the police on me because my car is parked too close to their mailbox,” Ty told the officer.

The video cuts to the woman recording her vehicle parked on the street. She then shows the significant distance between the vehicle and the Karen’s mailbox, saying that it is “very far away.” This appears to be the case.

But that’s not all. In an update, Ty reported that her neighbor reported her to the HOA, saying that her car shouldn’t be parked on the street, saying that it is a “violation of the homeowners’ association code.”

HOA Contacted, Reactions

Despite the Karen’s intentions, the HOA ruled that Ty’s car was not breaking any code or guideline. This, ultimately, was another attempt to get Ty in trouble. According to her, the Karen neighbor has complained in the past in similarly ridiculous circumstances.

In one instance, for example, the Karen complained that Ty’s poolhouse was “blocking her view,” even though it was being built on her property.

“This lady, again, just for no reason, wants to come for me,” the woman said.

Many were left flabbergasted by the Georgia Karen’s attempt to get her neighbor in trouble.

“People need to mind their own business unless needed. What is wrong with people nowadays?” one user said. Another one wrote, “I would never buy a house that has a homeowner’s association. Never.” A third one commented, “Do people realize that nuisance calls can get them arrested? I mean, just asking.”

By the looks of it, this won’t be the last time we will hear from the mad Georgia Karen.
