In a TikTok video posted to the account @alynapletcher, viewers see this couple finding all kinds of little treasures inside the walls of their house. The clip has around 700K likes and 7.8 million views, as social media users just can’t get enough of this couple’s very strange finds.
The TikTok begins with the woman and her significant other walking around their home. She quickly explains that they are doing some slight renovations to their kitchen, which explains why there is a massive hole in the wall. In the background, viewers can also see two men standing on top of buckets so they can reach the ceiling of the home. As the Michigan woman pans the camera around, she explains that they have already found some “Tubes of paper.” Her partner can also be heard saying that there is “A bunch of junk up there.”
Michigan Couple Takes To TikTok After Weird Discovery
Although TikTok users would seem just as confused as this couple, as they would flock to the comment section to talk it out. “I opened my wall and found mold, but this is cool too,” joked one. “And you did it all in one TikTok,” lovingly stated another. “Use a metal detector in the backyard!” suggested one commenter. The main items seemed to be of pretty low value, though. Things like books, wrapping paper, among other little knick-knacks were all found. Although things would pick up a little bit when one of the men in the TikTok found some jewelry.
It is still unknown as to why the previous owner of this house decided to hide all of these things in their walls. Yet, it made some great content for this Michigan couple’s TikTok account, despite how strange it really is.. Things got so weird at one point that the woman in the video even FaceTimed her parents so they could see what was going on, too.
