Musical artist Corey Pritchett Jr., known online as CoreySSG, recently posted a short video on his TikTok account showing a very tense exchange he had with an Atlanta police officer inside an underground parking garage. In the clip, the officer is seen holding a gun in one hand and a backpack in the other as he allegedly tells Corey to leave the garage or he would “kill” him.
In response, the rapper mutters something under his breath that can’t be heard clearly in the video, and the officer immediately snaps back, shouting at him to “get the [expletive] outta here.” Corey begins walking a few steps away, but then turns back and suddenly asks the officer, “God is good, right?” The officer ignores the question and continues demanding that he leave the area.
It is unclear whether Corey was trying to defuse the situation, distract the officer, or simply make a point, but he repeats the question two more times. Each time, the officer cuts him off and yells for him to leave. Eventually, Corey walks away completely, and only then does the officer return his gun to its holster before walking off as well.

So far, the rapper has not provided any additional details about what led up to the confrontation. However, in the caption of his TikTok post, he claims the officer threatened to kill him “for no reason” and says he is now considering whether he should take legal action.
But this is not Corey’s first time making headlines involving law enforcement. Earlier this year, The Independent reported that the artist had been charged with aggravated kidnapping after allegedly pointing a gun at two young women in Texas, holding them against their will, and abandoning them along a highway late last year.
What Netizens Are Saying About the Incident Involving the Atlanta Rapper
In the comments, many people, including those familiar with his content, were alarmed by the video and said the entire moment felt unsettling. One person wrote, “This could’ve ended really bad.” A second admitted that their “stomach is turning watching this.” A third commented, “This is actually sad to see… this is not ok.”
Some viewers also urged Corey to take action and not let the situation go unresolved. “Make an example cause the next person might not get lucky,” one comment read. Another insisted, “Don’t let that slide at all.” Someone else encouraged him to “lawyer up and sue him,” especially since the full interaction was captured on camera.
