In what might be straight-up 90’s sitcom material, a New York woman had a major ramen accident while at her New York City apartment. While she dealt with her mishap, her neighbor witnessed it all. The neighbor was naked, by the way.
The hilarious moment was shared by TikTok user anna.manocha (Anna). Before going right into the ramen incident, Anna explained her peculiar living situation. Apparently, her neighbor, a man, likes to be undressed 24/7. This is accentuated by the fact that his windows have no blinds or curtains.
“He doesn’t believe in them,” Anna quipped, adding that his building is so close that, should she decide to do so, she could jump straight into his apartment. She added, “Whenever we are cooking, we feel like there’s a naked man in the kitchen with us.”
Anna’s friends were mocking the nude man, but Anna wasn’t laughing. According to her, he had something on her. And that something is the ramen incident.
Apparently, one day Anna arrived at her home at 3 a.m. Feeling hungry, she decided to have some ramen leftovers. Nothing could go wrong! Except Anna was drunk, and when she went to grab the microwaved ramen leftovers, she burned her hands. She didn’t use any cloth or paper towels to protect her skin.

As a result, she dropped the bowl, and the hot ramen splashed all over her shirt. Thinking quickly, or not thinking at all, Anna decided to counter the hotness of the ramen with some chilly ice water she had in the fridge. She poured the cold liquid on her, “flooding” the kitchen with the ramen-water mixture.
All the while, the naked New York neighbor witnessed it all. Anna said, “For once, I was goofier than the naked guy. So, I can’t make fun of naked guy anymore because he has something worse on me.”
In a follow-up video, Anna revealed that she saw the naked man wearing clothes. Apparently, someone in the building saw her video and told the man to start dressing up, which is, of course, a miracle for such a curious character.
Many reacted in shock to her story, believing it could very well be a script for one of the most beloved TV shows of all time.
“Is this a Friends episode?” one user asked. Another one commented, “He was probably realizing if this happened to him, he wouldn’t have to clean his clothes.” A third said, “This story is going down in history.”
Hopefully, the neighbor learned his lesson and will refrain from letting the world be entertained by his bare skin, and Anna never gets to waste more ramen leftovers in the early morning.
