Wingstop may be giving Waffle House a run for its money when it comes to drama, not only with customers, but also with staff. Recently, a DoorDash driver from Ohio caught some of the drama on camera when she went in to pick up an order and got a front row ticket to a loud and chaotic screaming match between two women, who were later revealed to be not only co-workers, but also family members.
The TikTok video, posted by user @216bigmomma, starts off in the middle of the chaos. It all begins with two women, both behind the counter of the Cleveland, Ohio Wingstop location, and dressed in their work uniforms, clearly upset with one another.
The co-workers are clearly not happy, although it’s unclear exactly why they are butting heads. The younger woman, wearing a long-sleeved black shirt, first appears at the cash register as customers look on. As this happens, the older worker is seen behind her, screaming in anger. “You can move on with that,” she’s heard saying to her co-worker.
Ohio Wingstop Staff Bring Family Drama To Work
After the younger woman seems to hit her limit, she decides to fight back. She turns around and begins to yell back at her co-worker, and that’s when things get really heated. The two women stand nose to nose while continuing their dispute. The older woman even reaches out and pushes the younger worker during the confrontation.
At one point, another Wingstop worker cuts through the middle of the chaos while doing her job in a calm and collected way. It almost makes you wonder if this arguing is a normal occurrence since the women’s co-worker doesn’t appear to be phased by the drama.
To really add to the intrigue of the moment, the older woman yells and reveals a key piece of information that sent TikTok into a frenzy. It turns out that the two women are family. They’re not only co-workers, but they are also aunt and niece.
“You’re weird. You’re weird as [expletive]. You’re my [expletive] niece,” the older woman says. “Weird [expletive] girl,” she adds, revealing that she raised her. “You ain’t raised [expletive],” the niece replies as she grabs her jacket and seemingly prepares to leave.
Of course, TikTok had plenty to say about the bizarre Ohio interaction. “We need to do better because this is terrible and embarrassing,” one person declared. “Everybody getting fired,” joked another. “This is a personal issue,” a third comment read. “This is why you don’t work with family,” a fourth social media user pointed out.
It might be time for this Ohio family to re-evaluate their work status before they end up jobless enemies.
