Kansas Farm Owner Exposes Illegal Alliance With ICE That Endangers Immigrant Workers: ‘So We’re Openly Admitting To Interfering’

People would go to any length

Where others hide their not-so-good plans, the opposite is the case for a farm owner in Kansas, as he openly revealed that he is working closely with ICE to put some Spanish foreigners in trouble and get them sent back to their country. In a video reposted on X, the farm owner confirmed that ICE stopped by their facility because a number of truck drivers move in and out of the location, and ICE wanted to know if some of them were undocumented.

ICE stopped by Spencer Farms in Kansas & asked them if they had Spanish speaking truck drivers that are picking up grain, hay etc. ICE then allegedly told the owner to over load their trucks so they could be stopped & tested.People reported them to the DOT because it’s illegal. pic.twitter.com/lWDUSbYvNP

“Get them loaded, make sure they are overweight, so when they leave your place and they have to buy a scale, they’ll be overweight, we’ll pull them in,” the farm owner said, explaining ICE’s plan to check the drivers’ credentials through this tactic and then send them back to their home countries, something he openly approved of. “Yeah, we are working with ICE,” the farm owner added, confirming that some workers have left the farm with overweight loads.

The comments section was furious at his audacity to publicly admit this, with one user writing, “So we’re openly admitting to interfering with public safety to set up migrants that we suspect MAY be illegal. I mean, let’s be frfr they don’t care if they’re legal or not, but this is wild!”

Another questioned his logic, saying, “So you’re breaking the law and screwing your company out of potentially losing two truck drivers, and that’s a win? I’m guessing zero magats lined up to take their place, right?🙄” Calling him strange, someone added, “To openly throw ’employees’ – because at this point, who tf knows if he genuinely paid these folks, under the bus as they’re actively helping you and your way of life?? All for what? A pat on the back from a bunch of losers in masks?? Weirdo.”

Another person pointed out the legal implications: “That’s conspiracy to commit fraud.” Calling out the man’s lack of compassion, a netizen wrote, “Evil. Let’s destroy families just because they are trying to improve their lives. Cruel and evil. Many are citizens and don’t speak English. Or are in the process of becoming legal citizens, but ICE doesn’t care about their due process.”

Someone else bluntly compared the farm to criminals, writing, “So this farm is illegally overloading the trucks? Sounds like criminal conspiracy to me.” Questioning the whole idea, another user wrote, “So, intentionally breaking the law to get someone in trouble that was not doing anything wrong is how ‘good, law-abiding’ Americans do it?” One commenter didn’t mince words about the farm’s future: “Looks like Spencer Farms needs to lose business. Permanently.”

And another emphasized how dangerous the scheme is, writing, “Overweight trucks on our roads are a preventable hazard. They are purposefully putting lives in danger. Disgraceful.”
