I personally believe that teaching your children to be kind is the greatest gift you can give them. It’s something they can take with them throughout their entire lives and pass on to others they meet. In Alabama, a school of young girls performing The Nutcracker showed just how far kindness can really go when they created a routine that tailored specifically to their friend with a traumatic brain injury. It’ll probably be one of the sweetest things you’ll see for a while.

Morri’s Nutcracker performance 🥹🤍 a huge thank you to Reighlynn for pushing my sweet girl on stage. That was a big responsibility that she took very seriously. I’m so proud of the both of them 🤍✨ #lifewithmorri #tbijourney #tbisurvivor #recovery @Some Good News

The above video was posted to the TikTok account @itskyliemacias, run by a mother named Kylie who documents her daughter, Morri’s, life as a traumatic brain injury survivor. The entire account is filled with the various activities Morri takes across the country and living her best life. In this particular video, she’s featured as the star performer at her school’s rendition of The Nutcracker.

You can see her being wheeled out on stage by a friend before all the dancers come together to surround her. Then, her dance instructor undoes a strap that is holding Morri up to the chair so that she can stand up. Morri can then be seen dancing across the stage with all her friends, with there even being a short moment to honor her.

Commenters were emotional over the entire video, with two of the most liked comments saying, “I know that girl pushing her does not play about her friend!! This made me cry,” and “Now THIS is how you include everybody. The teacher from that christmas concert better take notes!!“

While the TikTok account features various videos of Morri enjoying her life, that isn’t to say that she hasn’t endured a difficult one. The fact that she was able to dance alongside her friends onstage is nothing short of a miracle. In fact, one of Kylie’s most recent videos lasers in on all of Morri’s accomplishments throughout 2025.

Similar to the comment above, many people were also very focused on the little girl who was pushing Morri onstage during the performance. Many people shared words of kindness, with another person even saying, “The pusher is going to make a great leader!!! Forever a helper to everyone pure LOVE.”

Parents could only ever hope that their children grow up to be kind and inclusive of all people. I’m sure that the parents of this young girl definitely feel that way about her.
