We all know that gacha games are a matter of luck, especially during their first patches. You either get the character you love or are stuck with one that you won’t ever use. Still, some players want to do everything in their power to bring that character home, which is why there’s a well-known term in the community: “reroll.” Since Arknights: Endfield just launched with many rewards, players want to use that currency to get their favorite Operator or the one who’s most useful in the long run, and for that reason, we’ve made a quick reroll guide to show the process and the pull priority if you decide to keep pulling until you get that coveted Operator.
What Is Rerolling?
Assuming Arknights: Endfield is your first gacha, then you need to know a bit about what the whole reroll term is about and why it is such a big deal for players creating a new account.
Reroll is basically starting the game repeatedly on different accounts until you get the right character or characters for your team. Usually, this only happens in 1.0 patches, as these are the ones that give plenty of launch rewards that players can use to obtain the game’s rarest characters, in this case, a 6-star Operator. So, with that in mind, let’s look at how to actually do the reroll process in Arknights: Endfield.
How to Reroll
The only real process to rerolling is creating a bunch of email accounts and using them to create a new game account. You can do this by using the old “numbers” tactics, which is something like: email1@…, email2@…, and so on.
Once you create as many accounts as you need, jump into the game and play until you unlock the character gacha mechanic, which is somewhere around the 30 to 45-minute mark, assuming you skip every cutscene. We still recommend paying attention to the story at least once because it is pretty good.
In any case, once you start the arduous and at times exhausting rerolling process, all you need to do is spend all your pulls in whatever character you want. In this case, it would be for the beginner banner, which gives you a random 6-star from the standard banner or pulling for the limited 6-star.
Pull Priority
If you really don’t mind rerolling, let’s now take a look at your pull priorities in Arknights: Endfield.
For starters, don’t even worry about getting Ardelia because she’s free for all players for a limited time. If you do get her twice and don’t mind the dupes, go ahead and keep her. But if you prefer your New Horizons pulls to go for another character, then we recommend Last Rite or Pogranichnik.
For your limited pulls, which might take longer, as you hit soft pity at the 65 pull mark, you’ll of course need to aim for Laevatian. She’s an excellent Striker Operator, and one that will be perfect for the 1.0 players.
Ultimately, the choice is yours, but as we’ve seen, the reroll process in Arknights: Endfield takes longer than expected, and it can become a bit tedious. Unless you really want a specific Operator, we recommend just playing the game normally rather than wearing yourself out by repeating the process.
