Everybody has heard about The Heritage Foundation, whose roots stem from Washington, DC itself. They were the same people who wrote the guidelines for Project 2025. This left the world in fear around the time of President Trump’s second presidency. Now, the Heritage Foundation is in charge of a program that might make your eyes bug out. Apparently, they want to send single women to marriage boot camps. You read that right.
Gary (@garyspamsue) says that the Heritage Foundation wants to send people to “marriage camps,” which just sounds crazy on paper. Apparently, this is a “$280 billion dollar initiative” to bring more people together in holy matrimony. Essentially, these people would be sent to “government sponsored marriage boot camps.” They explain it all in a 170-page report that blames “civil rights era laws” for why American marriages are declining. They call their initiative ‘Saving America by Saving the Family.’
So, what does this report entail? They wish to run these “marriage boot camps” at local churches. Upon completion of the program, a couple would be “ready to walk down the aisle” together. Even though President Trump himself didn’t propose this, it’s important to note that approximately 70% of Trump’s cabinet actually has ties to the Heritage Foundation. They’ve blamed “abortions on the mother.“ Furthermore, they’ve said racist and discriminatory things. That says a lot about them and how they feel about women.
Gary states, “The United States is a place where you can get married or not. It’s not a place where the federal government decides what you do with your personal time.” It’s concerning that this is the way they want to push marriage onto men and women who wouldn’t otherwise marry in the first place.
One commenter asked, “What happened to the whole ‘land of the free’ thing?” Another commenter stated, “Everything but creating an economically stable environment for people to feel safe enough to have a family.” These are things that America needs to be wary of, as Heritage Foundation members want extensive control over the lives of others, especially women.
