Having a driver’s license and being allowed behind the wheel of a vehicle means that you are basically telling everyone else on the road that you are a competent driver. A California woman went through a horribly traumatic car accident that could have truly left her severely injured. What’s even worse is that the driver is apparently not very fit to work, let alone drive. Fortunately, a police officer showed up right in the nick of time to find out what was going on before things could get any worse.
The video in question was posted by a woman named Aydaly on TikTok, who also goes by the username @aye.daly. She starts by saying she was in a car accident with her vehicle, but things escalated immediately afterwards. You can see her in the right-most lane about to make a right turn when suddenly, the red truck in front of her backs up and immediately smashes into her.
You can hear Aydaly get upset, open her own car door to get out, and immediately try to get information about the other car. However, what’s really odd is that a different man is standing on the sidewalk, apparently with the person inside the truck. The moment the crash happened, that other man walked up to Aydaly and allegedly immediately told her that she was okay and that the driver of the truck was sick.
Shortly after the argument started, the red truck then takes off and appears to drive into oncoming traffic. However, it actually made a U-turn and attempted to drive into Aydaly. Fortunately, a bus in the lane next to them prevented the truck from going any further.

Aydaly also posted an update video that shows her point of view, giving viewers a clear picture of the man who was inside the car. You can also see a police vehicle in a different lane pull over to assess what happened, but that’s right where the video cuts off.
Commenters were shocked to see the situation unfold, and some were also confused about why he was allowed to drive in the first place, with one person saying, “If he’s sick, then why is he behind the wheel?” Some comments were a little more comedic, with a different reply saying, “Lawyers on the bus ads waiting for you to call.“
An update hasn’t been posted to her account yet, but it appears Aydaly is okay and has no injuries after the event. Hopefully, she can get things resolved.
