ICE Agents In Minnesota Are Luring Immigrants By Pretending Their Car Has Broken Down, ‘Simply Diabolical’

I can’t believe the number of tactics they come up with

By now, most of us have become accustomed to the scummy tactics ICE has been using ever since it started running rampant across the country. However, when we thought we’ve seen everything, we discovered a very unpleasant surprise. According to someone in Minnesota, ICE agents are now staging a whole new trap to lure people into their grasp. What is this, you ask? Well, apparently, these officers are now pretending to have a broken-down car, asking for help, and once you get out of your vehicle, they proceed to make their move.

The video comes from a TikToker named Cyberharpies who explains how some ICE agents in Minnesota have been using the broken-down vehicle tactic. According to this user, agents use a white woman, dressed in casual clothing, who pretends her vehicle isn’t working. After asking for help, if the victim falls into this trick, ICE swoops in to arrest the person.

The TikToker claims that at least three cases of this new scummy tactic have been registered, and people are falling for it because ICE is now getting new vehicles, which are harder for civilians to identify. Also, he mentions that this has been happening across the entire state.

It’s sad, really, as now people will think twice before helping someone with an actual vehicle problem. While it is always dangerous to approach an unknown individual, civilians are out there with actual car issues daily, and the fact that ICE is posing as them just to meet their arrest quota is awful.

As usual, people were shocked by this new scummy tactic, and it didn’t take long for some Redditors to shame the individuals taking advantage of others’ goodwill.

It is truly heartbreaking to see the lengths ICE goes to only to arrest someone. It is even sadder that these tactics are just dividing our country even further. They are targeting people willing to help others, while in truth, they are just trying to disrupt families and people’s lives.
