Roblox Dandy’s World fans have been excited for the release of a new non-holiday toon for the first time in many months. But what makes this one even more exciting is that it’s a bug! …and his introduction even brings new achievements and titles. You’ll need to get acquainted with these options, as they’re a fast-track option to receive Squirm, the new toon. On top of that, there’s a new library level specifically for book lovers and Squirm mains.
How to Quickly Unlock Squirm in Roblox Dandy’s World
To unlock Squirm in Dandy’s World, we hope you’ve done some saving! There’s a bit of legwork involved:
- First, you need 50% research from Twisted Squirm. This means you’ll have to witness the Twisted by playing through the levels (and hopefully, he shows up!)
- Second, you’ll need to unlock three titles. It does not matter what those three titles are, and we’ll get to which ones are easiest so you can get him quickly.
- You’ll have to have 3,000 Ichor.
The fastest way to conduct research for Squirm is to use Rodger, as with many releases. He’s an easy-to-obtain toon, costing 1,000 Ichor and requiring only 50% research on any Twisted. And for the future, Rodger can be used in most situations to unlock characters as quickly as possible, as he’s the only toon capable of speeding up your research. If you witness Twisted Squirm, you’ll get research quickly.
To get the titles as quickly as possible, three incredibly easy examples include Item Finder, Double Digits!, and Stealth Mission.
- Item Finder: Requires you to find a total of 100 items, which will take you no time at all.
- Double Digits!: Will require you to get to Floor 10, which isn’t difficult to do with a solid team.
- Stealth Mission: Can be obtained by completing a floor without being spotted. You could hide in a corner the entire level and, before you know it, that title is yours.
To get to 3,000 Ichor, you’ll have to do some intense playing. You gain Ichor by spamming your character’s ability any time it becomes available after cooldown. You can also pick up research capsules (but be sure not to pick up Rodger’s capsule!) Lastly, you can complete machines on each floor, and that will get you Ichor in one of the fastest ways possible.
What Are Squirm’s Abilities in Roblox Dandy’s World?
Squirm, an adorable caterpillar-themed toon who is a huge fan of books, has been added to the collection of 39 available toons in Dandy’s World. He loves books so much that it actually influences his overall abilities in-game (such as the bookshelf in this screenshot).
Squirm’s main ability is called “Distressed Delicacy.” When you use it, Squirm will devour a book, and you’ll gain an astounding 100% extraction speed for 10 seconds. The best time to use his ability, if possible, is near a bookshelf. If you have a Squirm in your party and a machine is next to a bookshelf, you should let him take the extraction. Being next to the bookshelf means his cooldown will recover two times as fast.
Squirm’s statistics, in general, are pretty good. He makes a great extractor, with a skill check of 3 stars and an extraction speed of 5 stars. His movement speed is 3 stars, but his stamina and stealth are both 2. If you manage his stamina wisely, you’ll be a great addition to the team.
