The specific video in question was posted to the Wall Street Apes X profile. According to the caption, “Not a conspiracy theory. DC Mayor Muriel Bowser openly admits taxpayer dollars are being used to provide housing for illegals. Illegals are getting free subsidized housing vouchers. But it doesn’t stop there.
