A Missouri woman was captured on video marching into a store in Kansas City after allegedly breaking the glass on the front door. She came into the business angrily demanding that the staff return an item that belonged to her and threatening to destroy their property.
Her outburst appeared to leave the staff terrified and unsure of how to respond to the chaos unfolding before them.
According to reports, the woman had returned to the store after previously purchasing a discounted phone to replace one that had broken.
