A Louisiana woman shared on social media her latest misfortune of being in a car accident. To make matters worse, a passenger of the other vehicle involved in the fender bender had to make her displeasure known in the worst way possible.

POV: You’re involved in a car accident, and before the police even arrive, the other driver starts bringing people over to intimidate you. Then she calls you an “illegal immigrant,” threatens to call ICE, claims she WORKS FOR ICE, and even says your truck is “illegal” because it has a lift kit. 😭💀 Meanwhile, I’m just recording everything and waiting for the police to arrive. The entire interaction was caught on camera. 🎥 #nobodyisillegalonstolenland #fyp #louisiana #racism #tiktok

TikTok user Lucyhc22, Lucy, shared a video of the aftermath of the car accident she and another driver were involved in. While waiting for police to arrive, the other driver’s passenger was standing outside the vehicle, filming Lucy. When Lucy rolls down the window, the woman can be heard stating, “I work for ICE! You better make sure you got your paperwork right!”

Lucy says nothing as this passenger continues to record and berate her, “The [expletive] must not know that it’s illegal to have a lift kit on a [expletive] truck. You need to know your laws before you start partying.” The woman then calls Lucy an “illegal immigrant.” Lucy fires back with her own comeback, saying, “You’re just mad because you’re ugly.”

In another video, Lucy is heard telling the passenger, “You think I don’t have papers?” and calls her “racist.” More back-and-forth arguing over the accident eventually has the passenger telling Lucy she’s “going to pay” for her car. She continues berating Lucy until police arrive.

The Arguments Continue in Lucy’s Comment Section

As if there wasn’t enough bigotry going on in Lucy’s video, the comment section of her videos included more racially heated comments towards Hispanic people and Black people alike. Though the majority were in support of Lucy and called out the passenger for being prejudice towards her. “Racists come in every color,” one commenter remarked.

“I know damn well that she don’t work for ice LMAO,” said another. In the following thread, a TikTok user made a racist remark towards the passenger. “EBT community being EBT community,” they wrote, suggesting all Black people are on welfare.

One commenter tried to keep the peace, stating that not Hispanic people and Black people are not a monolith and shouldn’t be painted with the same brush. “We shouldn’t judge an entire group because of the actions of a few individuals,” they wrote, adding that “generalizing only creates more division.”

Lucy has not shared a video on what happened when law enforcement arrived, if at all. She has also not stated if she’ll be pressing charges of any kind.
